	<title>Home Loans</title>
	<description>
As a detective its always hard to get up the gander to cry out Go Go Mortgage Loan and really mean it. I don't always have the drive, motivation escapes me, and sometimes Penny just gets in the way. But there also comes a time when the sheer numbeer of available home loans makes it impossible to know what I'm talking about. It is impossible for one person, one broker or one mortgage company to be expert in every type of home loan available, so thats why throughout my sleuthing I maintain a network of associates to help me solve home mysteries, financial conundrums and various examples of mortgage happenstance.

Never walk along into a room full of home loans
If you are looking for an interest only mortgage refinance, why would you talk to anyone other than the experts to these types of home loans? You wouldn't, you'd seek out the best and ask them for their insights and opportunities. Fortunately, the internet is a great place to research and discover home loans, to learn about thee many loan opportunities available to you and decide upon the home loans that fit your demands. Never settle for second best., and never settle for a lender who doesn't know what you need. You are on the hunt, and all the investigation you need to perform come when you look for a lender.

Investigating your lender
Begin your search by looking for information on home loans supplied by your lender, not by those lenders offering the absolute lowest rates - you don't yet know what those low rates mean! After you have information, when you know how the rates attached to your home loans will affect your actual monthly payments, then you begin looking for lenders with competitively low rates in your geographical area. Home loans for different states will carry different rates - these difference will probably be more pronounced when you are looking for home equity loans - but not to worry! Every state should bee properly represented if not by local brokers than by national mortgage companies. After you find the low rates, look for the loans set up to generate thee most home equity fastest, because when you are talking about investments nothing is finer than earning from the home you are living in. Find low rates and a plan that allows for significant equity growth and you've found the home loans build just for your needs.

Rating the evil for the deed
Dr. Claw has his wrongdoers out every day, scouring the land, looking for people to pluck form their every day lives and toss them into the vat of mortgage misery. Unless you are 100% prepared of the obligations and demands of homeownership you should avoid these loans at all costs. Take countrywide home loans for example:

 they offer low rates and available bad credit home loans for people of all backgrounds. Their mission is to provide a mortgage for every American that wants to own a home - problem is, every American that wants a home is not guaranteed to handle a mortgage.
 But they forge ahead - as good American companies do - and they provide mortgages by the millions.
 So what if 3% of their clients end up falling behind and into the dark realms off foreclosure? Hey bubba - thats 30,000 families per million that take out a loan, and thats not all that great.

If you are looking for a loan for purchase - or even something so small as home improvement loans, you have to look into the opportunities presented you, sleuth around,ad be positive you can handle the costs. 3% might not seem like a whole lot of people, but cities are built off much less than 3% - Go Go Gadget Population Demographics!
